Purchases made through Whatnot
Purchases completed through Whatnot are transactions made through the Whatnot platform and are governed by Whatnot’s current policies and applicable consumer law. The website Shop Terms & Conditions do not apply to those orders.
Bids and purchases
Bids and purchases made through Whatnot are generally binding. However, withdrawal, cancellation, return or refund rights may apply under Whatnot policy, Buyer Protection or applicable UK consumer law. Current Whatnot policies prevail over this summary.
UK right of withdrawal
For eligible Whatnot purchases, UK buyers may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Some products and categories are excluded.
UK customers should contact Whatnot Support to start an eligible withdrawal. Whatnot’s current Buyer Protection information explains eligibility, return responsibility and the process.
Item condition
Before bidding or purchasing, review the photographs, description, condition information and statements made during the live show. Any material faults known to the seller should be disclosed appropriately. Describing an item as rescued or second-hand does not remove statutory rights.
Problems with an order
For an item not received, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, use Whatnot’s order-support process. This gives Whatnot access to the transaction details needed to assess the issue and any Buyer Protection claim.
Direct website purchases are separate
If your order was placed and paid for directly on mrscookiescash4crap.uk after the shop launches, use our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations information instead. Whatnot’s process does not govern direct website-shop purchases.
